Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have completed an Associate or Baccalaureate degree in Medical Laboratory Science and possess Board Certification (ASCP).
Working hours and compensation:
This position requires a shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm and includes rotational weekend shifts.
Hourly rates range from $20.76/hr to $31.14/hr for MLTs and $24.67/hr to $37.00/hr for MTs, based on experience. Additionally, a shift differential of $2.50/hr (Second Shift) and $5.00/hr (Nights) is provided, along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
You will also support physicians by collecting, processing, and analyzing the tests ordered.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for quality control, calibration, and maintenance of all laboratory instruments.
