What we're seeking:

• Completion of an accredited Associates or Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.

• Must hold certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).

• Preferably 1 year of experience as a generalist.

Hours and compensation:

• Work hours are from 2pm-10:30pm, with weekend rotations.

• Hourly pay range is $21.16/hr to $30.68/hr for MLTs, and $24.64/hr to $35.73/hr for MTs, depending on experience.

• Additional shift differentials of $3.25/hr during the week, and an extra $3.00/hr when working on weekends.

• Full benefits package included, along with a $10K sign-on bonus.

What your responsibilities will include:

• Perform specimen collection, processing, testing, and resulting in accordance with laboratory policy and procedure manual.

• Conduct quality control, maintenance, and calibrations for all analytical testing.

• Assist in the collection of Chain-of-Custody Urine Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Testing, and Hair samples for Occupational Health.

• Participate in performance improvement activities of the department, as well as daily management of infection prevention and control activities.

• The position is located to the west of Columbus.

• The person will work as a generalist, and also be required to perform phlebotomy and drug screen collections as needed.
