Job Summary
- Position: Intermediate Employment Litigation Lawyer
- Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
- Specialization: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests and initial legal documents
- Draft and present legal motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Oversee multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced setting
- Minimum of 3 years experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic background, writing, and analytical skills
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
