Experienced Employment Litigator

Important Note: This role requires attorneys to be present at the Los Angeles, CA office 2-3 days per week.

Job Summary
- Role: Experienced Employment Litigator
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid work arrangement)
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Key Responsibilities
- Create and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Prepare and present motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Oversee multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic background, proficient writing, and analytical skills
- California law license required
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
