What we're looking for:
• Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the ethical and moral principles of our organization, the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or ministry.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for facilitating group processes and development.
• Strong organizational skills for program and activity development, implementation, and evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Promote the integration of the organization's mission, vision, and values throughout the healthcare system.
• Incorporate the ethical and moral traditions of our organization, including the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs), into orientations, committee work, and education sessions.
• Oversee the Community Benefit Program.
• Chair the Mission Champions Committee and coordinate outreach, recognition, and social activities.
• Coordinate and prepare the annual Mission Integration Report.
• Provide mission, vision, and values orientation to new employees, directors, managers, and others as needed.
• Actively participate in the ethics committee and other committees/teams.
• Administer the Providence Fund.
• Collaborate in facilitating the Serving Leader Program for leadership.
• Participate in strategic initiatives by leading or being a member of teams and focus groups.
• Represent the healthcare system in the community through participation in the Catholic Social Services Board.
• Preserve, protect, and communicate the oral and written history of the facility and its founding organizations by maintaining the Archives and the historical display in the hospital, writing articles, and serving as a resource for historical inquiries.
