Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program (required)
- MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required)
- Experience in Blood Bank is a plus
- New graduates will be considered if they have completed a clinical in a high-volume lab
Work Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Hourly pay range of $23.50-$38.90, depending on education (MLT or MT) and experience
- Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
- Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package included
Responsibilities:
Conduct various clinical laboratory tests to gather data for disease diagnosis and treatment, following protocols, and operating and maintaining equipment as instructed.
