About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Network Operations Analyst to take charge of all day-to-day IT and network functions at our busy manufacturing plant in Philadelphia, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the IT department, which includes setting up PCs, installing software, troubleshooting printer issues, and resolving user access problems
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the local network infrastructure, such as switches, routers, and connectivity across the site
- Provide hands-on technical support for shop floor operations, ensuring uninterrupted production systems and assisting users
- Assist with the readiness of SAP workstations and offer support during the entire implementation process and post-launch phases
- Serve as the liaison between the plant and the global IT team, coordinating any escalations, upgrades, and documentation needs
- Maintain records of hardware inventory, license usage, and internal documentation through SharePoint folders
- Collaborate with maintenance or controls technicians to address occasional issues related to PLC, hardware, or interfaces
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively, an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) with significant hands-on experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a network or IT support role within a manufacturing, logistics, or plant environment
- Proficiency in independently managing day-to-day IT tasks within a production-driven setting
- Experience with ERP systems and user access; familiarity with Oracle or SAP is advantageous
- Comfortable navigating between office and shop floor environments; adept at communication, proactive in finding solutions
