Night Building Superintendent

• Supervise night shift staff and ensure that all tasks are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring building access, performing regular security checks, and responding to any emergencies.
• Address maintenance issues, such as HVAC problems, plumbing leaks, or electrical malfunctions, by coordinating with appropriate vendors or contractors.
• Perform routine inspections of the building to identify any maintenance needs and schedule repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication during the night shift.
• Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and job duties.

• Previous experience in a similar role as a building superintendent or facilities manager.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Basic computer proficiency to maintain records and generate reports.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if necessary.
