Responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, which includes managing the shipping and receiving of products. Ensures that product flow through the warehouse is accurate and timely. Collaborates with the team and performs any necessary duties to support the company.

• Supervise associates, providing guidance on staffing, training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain professionalism and motivation among staff through selection, development, and ongoing evaluation. Uphold safety procedures and practices.
• Work closely with the Transportation Manager to optimize efficiency. Manage workload scheduling, truck unloading/loading, and product delivery. Operate material handling equipment when necessary.
• Review stock status reports, coordinate with inventory staff, and ensure accurate inventory counts. Communicate stock shortages and manage returning obsolete products.
• Supervise maintenance and repair activities to keep the building and equipment in good condition.
• Notify customers of stock shortages and provide information to Customer Service Representatives. Ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

4-6 years of warehouse and supervisory experience, with comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field

6-10 years of warehouse experience within the foodservice industry, including supervisory roles

OSHA Forklift Operator Certificate
