Radiopharmaceutical Technologist
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

$10,000.00 sign-on bonus

We are currently seeking a skilled Radiopharmaceutical Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and related chemical substances. Along with ensuring high-quality patient care, you will operate and perform quality control of various imaging equipment. Additionally, you will be involved in PET, Nuc Med, and CT diagnostic studies on PET/CT scanner and contribute to scanner qualification for research trials. Other responsibilities include creating and programming study-specific protocols under the guidance of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor and Medical Director.

Qualifications:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across the Health System
• Ability to maintain a suitable work pace
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of State regulatory radiation safety practices and ALARA principles
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to provide on-call/call-back service when needed
• Minimum one year of full-time experience as a CNMT
• Skill, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned duties effectively
• Current BLS certification
• Current and active State of California CNMT License
• Current and active NMTCB and/or AART (N) licensure for Nuclear Medicine

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Familiarity with University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
