Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of acute care clinical nursing experience, including various acute care nursing departments.
- Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including understanding of InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations and guidelines.
- Preferred certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS.
Hours and Compensation:
- This is a full-time position, working 36 hours in 3-12hr shifts (7pm-7:30am), with rotating weekends.
- Compensation ranges from $45.00hr to $75.00hr, depending on experience. There is a $5/hr shift differential.

Responsibilities:
- As the House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility, you will provide leadership and support.
- Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability in specified clinical areas to enhance patient care and optimize bed utilization.
- Ensure patients are admitted to the most appropriate level of care and receive the most suitable bed assignment, following admission criteria.
- Act as a liaison between Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff, and other stakeholders to promote efficient operations.
- In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, fulfill the role of Administrator on Duty, making administrative decisions and providing direction and supervision regarding operational issues across all hospital departments.
- Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
