- Completion of either an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in nursing is obligatory. Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington is a must.
- At least 5 years of relevant nursing experience in orthopedic patient care or care management.
- Possession of a Specialty Certification is preferable.

Hours and compensation:
- This is a full-time position on the day shift. It requires presence on-site and does not support remote work.
- The salary range is $72,000 - $120,000 and is contingent upon experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000.

- Assist patients in understanding their diagnosis, treatment plan, and available resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.
- Educate patients and families on their medical conditions, treatment options, and potential side effects.
- Provide information on preventive measures, health maintenance, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient interactions and care coordination activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience and care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with pertinent healthcare regulations and standards.
- Responsible for overseeing the orthopedic care program, including maintaining regulatory compliance and fulfilling data reporting requirements.

What to expect:
- Reports to the Chief of Patient Care Services.
- The current facility is a rural healthcare facility with 50 beds, and the organization has recently initiated the construction of a new hospital that will be completed within 2 years, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
