Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current RN licensure in Washington State, along with relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, or CEN depending on the department in which you will be working.
• Previous nursing experience of at least one year preferred.
Working Hours and Compensation:
• Full-time positions available. Clinic setting operates from 8am-5pm, while other positions typically involve 12-hour shifts (see details below).
• Hourly pay range for staff RN positions is $40.75 to $77.50, and in the clinic setting it is $36.64 to $66.50, depending on experience and educational level.
• Additional shift differentials for evening ($2.75/hour), night ($4/hour), and weekend ($3.75/hour) hours.
• Full benefits package, including relocation assistance (up to $5,000) and sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and comprehensive nursing care to patients within the scope and standards of practice defined by your license. Collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
