Role Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current RN licensure in Washington State, with additional preference given to those with ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and CEN certifications, depending on the department.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Working Hours and Compensation:
• Full-time positions available. Clinic hours are 8am-5pm, while other positions involve 12-hour shifts for most roles (see below).
• Hourly wages for staff RN positions range from $40.75/hr to $77.50/hr, with the clinic setting paying $36.64/hr to $66.50/hr depending on experience and degree level.
• Generous shift differentials for evenings ($2.75/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($3.75/hr).
• Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance (up to $5,000) and sign-on bonus (up to $15,000).

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and professional nursing care to patients within the scope of your license and in accordance with industry standards. Collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Additional Information:
• Reports to the Director of the designated department. The nursing team is composed of caring individuals, and they are looking for someone who shares the same qualities.
