What we are seeking:
• Graduated from an accredited Nursing School.
• Holds current RN licensure in Washington State, along with ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, CEN certifications preferable based on the department of work.
• Preferably possesses 1 year of nursing experience.
Hours and potential compensation:
• Full-time positions with 12-hour shifts for most roles (see below)
• Hourly pay range of $36.64 - $68.37 based on experience.
• Attractive shift differentials: evenings ($2.75/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($3.75/hr)
• Full benefits package, relocation assistance (up to $5,000), and sign-on bonus (up to $15,000).
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and professional nursing care within the scope and standards of practice, working closely alongside patients, physicians, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Additional information:
• Reports to the Director of their respective department. The nursing team consists of compassionate individuals, and the organization is seeking to add someone with a similar caring nature.
• Openings in multiple departments, including ICU (day and night shifts), Med/Surg (day and night shifts), MBU (day and night shifts), ED (afternoon and night shifts), Perioperative (day shift), and Surgical Services (day shift).
