Qualifications:
•Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Kansas
•Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
Hours and Compensation:
•Full-time positions available, working three nights a week from 7pm to 7:30am, with every other weekend and rotating holidays
•Salary range of $30-$58/hr, with additional compensation for BSN holders. Shift differentials of $2.00/hr for evenings, $2.50/hr for nights, and $2.70/hr for weekends.
•Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on/relocation bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and more
Responsibilities:
•Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
•Use AIDET communication strategy with patients, visitors, and staff
•Conduct patient assessments, document in real time, and provide necessary care
•Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
•Educate patients and families on their care plan

This facility is a nonprofit acute care hospital with under 50 beds. Nurse-to-patient ratio is targeted at 5:1 but may be lower depending on census.
