What we are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing and active Ohio RN License are required
- Current ACLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in Nursery, Lactation, and Pediatrics
- Experience with a Level 2 NICU is required, and Pediatrics experience is a plus
Hours and compensation:
- This is a full-time day shift position with no weekend work
- The salary range is $67,500 to $93,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Implement education programs for the Special Care Nursery, Lactation, and Pediatric Department
- Assist with other educational needs within the Women and Children’s Service line as directed by the Director
- Coordinate program implementation using effective adult learning principles
- Develop and implement mandatory education programs in accordance with OSHA, AHA, and HFAP
- Coordinate new employee orientation and match new hires with compatible mentors
- Support new hires and mentors during the orientation process and report any concerns to unit leadership
- Oversee education record completion, schedule, and track mandatory education and recertification
- Provide education and training on unit-specific equipment and procedures
- Stay updated on policy changes and EPIC issues, serving as a department super user
- Act as a department liaison for various programs and accreditation processes
- Collaborate with Education Services and local universities to establish clinical opportunities
- Facilitate large and small group training sessions with a positive outlook
