Requirements:
Nurses: Must have a valid RN license in Montana.
LPN's: Must have a valid LPN license in Montana and preferably IV certification or be eligible for it.
BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
Working hours and compensation:
- RN's in the acute care department work 12-hour shifts, 6 weeks on days (7am-7pm) followed by 6 weeks on nights (7pm-7am). RN's in the LTC department also work 12-hour shifts, either during the day (5:45am-6:15pm) or at night (5:45pm-6:15am).
- LPN's start at $25.63 per hour and RN's start at $29.75 per hour. Compensation increases with experience, and we offer full benefits and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
The nurse will work in various nursing units, including ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health.
All nurses receive training in med/surg and the transitional care unit as a foundation, and then have the opportunity to work in other areas.

Some nurses have received specialized training to cover the ER, obstetrics, and behavioral health departments.
