•Candidates must hold an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
•Experience in a management role is preferred, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
•Must possess an Iowa RN License and current BCLS certification.
Hours and compensation:
•There are two available shifts: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
•Salary range is between $63K and $84K.
•The facility offers a comprehensive benefits package and up to a $25K sign-on bonus.
•The Charge Nurse oversees the management of nursing personnel by providing leadership, coaching, and facilitating. They also offer counsel and direction.
•The Charge Nurse is actively engaged in supporting staff on a daily basis and ensures compliance with QA/PI projects and infection control policies.
•They actively participate in hospital regulatory compliance and facilitate the scheduling process to meet the hospital's needs.
•Other responsibilities include providing fair and consistent leadership, communicating QI and safety concerns, completing variance reports in a timely manner, participating in individualized patient care, notifying staff of emergency call-ins, adhering to established hospital procedures during emergencies, promoting teamwork, and acting as a problem-solving resource.
•The Charge Nurse also acts as an ambassador for the health center by speaking positively in the presence of patients and community members.

•The facility has over 200 beds, and these positions report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
