Requirements:
• Must possess an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred two to three years of management experience along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Current Iowa RN License and BCLS certification.
Hours and Compensation:
• Two positions available: one for 7am-7pm and one for 7pm-7am.
• Salary range between $63K-$84K.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing personnel management by providing leadership, coaching, and assistance.
• Actively engage in supporting staff on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with QA/PI projects and facility infection control policies.
• Collaborate in hospital regulatory compliance and follow unit-specific policies.
• Facilitate scheduling process to meet hospital's needs.
• Demonstrate fair and consistent leadership across all departments.
• Communicate QI, risk, and safety concerns to department directors.
• Complete variance reports promptly and accurately.
• Participate in Individualized Patient Care and timely notification of emergency call-ins.
• Adhere to established hospital procedures during emergencies.
• Foster clear and positive communication with co-workers and prioritize teamwork.
• Serve as a resource to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
• Positively represent the health center in the presence of patients and the community.
Additional Information:
• Facility comprises over 200 beds and the positions report to the CNO.
