Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Diseases
- Valid State of Connecticut medical license with DEA and state narcotic registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently
- Experience providing culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative setting
- Effective communication skills with patients, peers, and stakeholders
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and computer proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare, including health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with a care team to deliver specialized care
- Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and comply with quality measures
- Perform timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ years of ambulatory or urgent care experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends or evenings
- On-call rotation once every 3 months (phone only)
