Legal Support Specialist

We are looking for a:

Legal Support Specialist to join our thriving Long-Term Health Care practice team at our Cleveland office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal department. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the formation of legal entities, preparing formation documents, acquiring EINs, managing and reviewing results of lien searches, and collaborating with our attorneys on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and loan closings. This role will involve extensive interaction with clients.
