What We're Seeking:

An associate degree in accounting or a related field is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
A minimum of four years of experience in payroll, HR, or accounting, including knowledge of HRIS and financial systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and educate others on payroll regulations.
Preferred certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Hours and Compensation:

This is a full-time, on-site position offering an annual salary range of $58,000 to $76,000, depending on experience.
Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000.


As the Payroll Administrator, you will have a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Working under the guidance of the Controller, you will oversee payroll functions, manage employee benefit plans, and collaborate with the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure precise and compliant processing of bi-weekly payroll, aligning with labor contracts, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
Input and review payroll data, making necessary adjustments to rectify any errors that arise.
Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to address payroll-related matters and ensure adherence to policies.
Reconcile quarterly and yearly tax reports, guaranteeing the accuracy of W-2 forms.
Maintain employee records and update the HRIS system with pertinent payroll information.
Act as the Timekeeping System Administrator, liaising with vendors and other departments to ensure system functionality.
Prioritize the confidentiality of personnel records and conform to organizational policies and procedures.

Additional Information:

This role solely focuses on payroll administration for the entire organization. Knowledge of Premier ERP, UKG, and WFD (a timecard platform) is preferred, particularly experience with Premier.
