Our client specializes in representing clients in the fields of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Worker's Compensation, Mass Tort, and more.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team of top-rated attorneys on a full-time basis in our office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload, including attending court proceedings, negotiating settlements, overseeing trial preparation, conducting trials, and participating in meditations and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on claim liability and legal rights, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands.
• Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions.
• Gather evidence by interviewing clients and witnesses to support legal actions.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for case presentation.
• Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Main Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' documented plaintiff personal injury trial experience, and be licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• Prior experience on the Plaintiff side with Personal Injury.
• Strong attention to detail.
• This position requires 5 days a week in the office.
