Job Description

  • Advocate for plaintiffs in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research, assess cases, and negotiate settlements
  • Engage directly with clients, medical professionals, and insurance adjusters
  • Attend court proceedings, depositions, and mediations as necessary
  • Collaborate with a group of knowledgeable personal injury attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year handling personal injury lawsuits
  • Active and in good standing admission to practice law in Washington State
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Prior litigation experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Dedication to client advocacy and high level of empathy
