Insurance Account Manager
Note: This position mandates employees to be at the Ocean Springs, MS office five days a week. Remote work may be an option for the right candidate.

**The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with on-target earnings (including commissions) of around $72,000.**

Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients (auto, home, renters, umbrella)
- Delivering excellent service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Handling policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coverage adjustments
- Resolving billing, underwriting, and claims issues with carriers
- Providing advice to clients on policy choices and coverage enhancements
- Maintaining accurate client records in agency management systems
- Cross-selling other insurance products when appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with agency procedures and insurance laws in all actions
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License necessary
- Minimum of 3 years in a personal lines insurance capacity required
- Familiarity with auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach
