Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Manager to join our team in Harper, KS. In this role, you will lead our rehabilitation services department and provide exceptional care to patients. You can expect a competitive salary range of $80K to $95K with primarily day shifts Monday through Friday. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans, ensuring treatment plan adherence.
  • Provide direct physical therapy care, supervise physical therapist assistants, and ensure departmental policies are followed.
  • Manage rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and oversee personnel, budget, and equipment resources.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with infection control policies.
  • Recruit, train, and retain departmental personnel, conduct performance reviews, and maintain licensure requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer on budget preparations and review monthly reports.
  • Develop, review, and revise departmental policies and procedures in accordance with hospital regulations.

About You:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas with experience in various settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing optimal patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to participate in educational programs, meetings, and continuing education as required.

Additional Info: Our team includes 1 FT Physical Therapist, 1 FT CPTA, 1 part-time CPTA, 1 Contracted CPTA (fills in when needed), and 1 FT Occupational Therapist.
