Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Manager to join our team in Harper, KS. In this role, you will lead our rehabilitation services department and provide exceptional care to patients. You can expect a competitive salary range of $80K to $95K with primarily day shifts Monday through Friday. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans, ensuring treatment plan adherence.
- Provide direct physical therapy care, supervise physical therapist assistants, and ensure departmental policies are followed.
- Manage rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and oversee personnel, budget, and equipment resources.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with infection control policies.
- Recruit, train, and retain departmental personnel, conduct performance reviews, and maintain licensure requirements.
- Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer on budget preparations and review monthly reports.
- Develop, review, and revise departmental policies and procedures in accordance with hospital regulations.
About You:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas with experience in various settings.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing optimal patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in educational programs, meetings, and continuing education as required.
Additional Info: Our team includes 1 FT Physical Therapist, 1 FT CPTA, 1 part-time CPTA, 1 Contracted CPTA (fills in when needed), and 1 FT Occupational Therapist.
