Rehabilitation Specialist

PHYSICAL THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + Full Benefits + Student Loan Forgiveness
SIGNING BONUS / RELOCATION

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our location in Eagle, CO. Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients comprehensively and create personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of patient progress, following facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of physical therapy practice.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy.
  3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  4. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
