Rehabilitation Specialist
PHYSICAL THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + Full Benefits + Student Loan Forgiveness

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our location in Eagle, CO. Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients comprehensively and create personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
- Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of patient progress, following facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of physical therapy practice.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
