JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Carbondale, CO. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a supportive and collaborative work environment. This position offers a desirable work-life balance with a 4/10 shift schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- 3-5 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
