We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Basalt, CO. Schedule: 4/10 Shift (typically four 10-hour days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
  • Accurately and efficiently document patient progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist
  3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  4. Must be eligible to work in the United States
