We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Basalt, CO. Schedule: 4/10 Shift (typically four 10-hour days per week)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Accurately and efficiently document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
