We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Glenwood Springs, CO. Schedule:

  • 4/10 Shift (typically four 10-hour days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of physical therapy practice.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  2. 3-5 years of Physical Therapy experience is required.
  3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before the start date.
  4. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
