Our facility is currently undergoing a significant modernization phase, and we are establishing the right team and structure to support consistent growth. With a strong foundation in place, we are seeking a Plant Manager who can bring discipline to operations, develop high-performing teams, and enhance performance metrics across all departments.

- Complete ownership of day-to-day operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and planning
- Currently operating on a single shift with plans to expand into multiple shifts

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, including batching, processing, aseptic filling, and shipping
- Manage a cross-functional team across production, maintenance, quality, and sanitation
- Implement scheduling, labor plans, and shift structure to accommodate production scaling
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor throughput, downtime, labor, yield, and efficiency
- Support food safety and regulatory systems, including GMP, HACCP, and SQF
- Guide the team through changes in systems and provide support in training on new platforms
- Monitor equipment performance closely and collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure minimal downtime
- Be a visible and floor-oriented leader, assisting in recruitment, fostering accountability, and promoting team development
- Assist in building systems and workflows to facilitate future expansion
What You Bring
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree, preferably in an engineering or related technical field
- 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing role within the food or beverage industry, specifically in filling or high-speed packaging
- Direct experience in aseptic processing, high-speed packaging, canning, or sterile fill operations is essential
- A solid grasp of MS Office and ERP systems; experience in implementing these systems is a plus
- Preferably possess Six Sigma or lean certifications
- Ability to implement structure and guide teams through change
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal bureaucracy
