Location: De Pere, WI
PLC Technician – Manufacturing Equipment (Swing Shift)
  • Working schedule consists of 5 days per week, with 12 hours per day on a rotating shift. Employees have 6 consecutive days off every 3 weeks.
  • Hourly pay rate can go up to $29.50.
  • Applicants must possess an electrical mechanical degree or a related field, along with experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC operations, and AC/DC drives.
  • Applicants must have a stable work history without multiple short-term jobs.
  • All candidates must be either US citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This is not a remote position.
  • This is a full-time permanent role classified as a W-2 employee.

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Working on a rotating shift schedule of 5 days per week, with 12 hours per day, and having 6 consecutive days off every 3 weeks.
  • Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on various paper product manufacturing equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining AC and DC drives.
  • Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule of 5 days per week, with 12 hours per day, and having 6 consecutive days off every 3 weeks.
  • Hold an electrical mechanical or related degree.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PLC operations.
  • Experience with AC and DC drives.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally (once every other month for two days as needed).
  • Availability to work on Saturdays, if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Consistent work history with no frequent job changes.
  • US citizenship or possession of a Green Card.
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute of the De Pere area.
