Plumbing Systems Engineer/Designer:
Our company is currently hiring a skilled Plumbing Systems Engineer/Designer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. This is a promising opportunity for someone who has previously worked in the building consulting engineering industry as a project designer, engineer, or project manager. We are also open to considering Senior Plumbing Systems Engineers/Designers who have experience in mentoring a plumbing team. We are looking for a diligent and responsible individual who has expertise in designing plumbing systems for institutional and commercial buildings. The candidate should be proficient in using Revit (minimum 2 years) and AutoCAD for drafting and designing Plumbing Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Conducting detailed and intricate design work.
∙ Proficient understanding of plumbing design elements in healthcare, institutional, and educational facilities.
∙ Creating 3D Revit and 2D CAD designs.
∙ Receiving project assignments from the firm’s Principals, Senior Associates/Associates, or Senior Engineers/Project Managers.
∙ Identifying problems promptly and seeking guidance from Principals, Senior Associates/Associates, or Senior Engineers/Project Managers.
∙ Completing project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, surveys, code studies, and construction administration as required.
The ideal candidate must possess:
∙ A working knowledge of current Building Codes.
∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∙ Exceptional attention to detail.
∙ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
∙ Strong interpersonal skills.
∙ A positive and enthusiastic attitude is a MUST.
