Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist specializing in Telecom Tower Technology Inspection. This role will provide pre and post-sales support for a well-funded startup in Dallas. As a customer-facing position, you will work closely with clients to support their inspection and safety infrastructure solutions, specifically in the telecom industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with drones and a strong background in the telecom or similar infrastructure industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Develop strategic account plans by incorporating new features and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's products and methodologies.
  • Provide enthusiastic support and mentorship to clients.
  • Engage proactively with customers to showcase the company's value proposition.
  • Drive system usage and adoption through customer accounts.
  • Deliver customized solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel as required to cultivate client relationships within the region.

Current Tasks:

  • Lead prospect and customer training initiatives.
  • Curate and maintain an updated knowledge base with relevant content.
  • Develop video tutorials to enhance product understanding.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to customers.
  • Promote customer usage and product growth.
  • Ensure seamless data integration.
  • Accompany clients during field operator training sessions.
  • Demonstrate the utilization of autonomous drones and company's products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Proactively collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D teams on enhancements and new features.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with telecom accounts and supporting SaaS solutions.
  • Strong background in telecom infrastructure.
  • Technical proficiency in drone technology.
  • Ability to fly drones and deliver compelling field demonstrations.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills.
