CNC Swiss Machinist
Location: New Lisbon, WI
Precision CNC Swiss Programmer & Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Swiss CNC programming is required
- Position available for both 1st and 2nd shifts
- 1st shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- 2nd shift: 10 hours/day, 4 days/week
- Competitive pay of up to $26 per hour

This is a full-time position for a Precision CNC Swiss Programmer & Operator on either 1st or 2nd shift. The company is an OEM machining company experiencing consistent sales growth of 15% annually, with a record-breaking year in 2020 despite the challenges of COVID. First shift consists of 8 hours per day for 5 days per week, while second shift requires 10 hours per day for 4 days per week. The responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
- Setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Inspecting finished products using various precision measuring tools
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience programming Swiss CNC machines
- A strong and stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residence within a 45-minute commute
