Job Description

• Oversee the entire preconstruction process for healthcare facility projects
• Create and present competitive bids, budgets, and cost estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to shape project strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for project interviews
• Assess risks and ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives
• Maintain and report accurate cost history and project data
• Contribute to design review and value engineering initiatives
• Support business growth by nurturing strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with 2 years in healthcare construction
• Experience in the Nashville, TN market is essential
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret construction documents and conduct accurate quantity takeoffs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local construction practices and subcontractor market
• Valid driver’s license
