Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients, ensuring top-notch and empathetic care.
- Collaborate harmoniously to integrate business, operational, support, and clinical functions into a unified team.
- Prioritize preventive care and health improvement programs to enhance patient well-being.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in primary outpatient care.
- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
- Experience with Epic systems is a bonus, but not mandatory.
