Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year

Our healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients, delivering high-quality medical care. Responsibilities:
- Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection
- Make referrals based on examination and patient needs
- Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs
- Assist in resolving complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with federal guidelines
- Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily
- Provide night call coverage as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or board certification
- DEA license required
