Night Shift Printing Supervisor
EXCITING NEW POSITION
We are collaborating with a well-known Printing and Packaging Company in Cincinnati to find a Night Shift Printing Supervisor.
Qualifications:
· Must have experience in the Printing Industry
· Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (3 years in a supervisory role)
· Experience with 6S/Continuous Improvement (Lean)
· Hands-on experience with machinery, automation, and computer-based software
· Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
· Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Experience in process improvement programs preferred
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead manufacturing projects

Responsibilities: · Lead a team of up to 50 employees in their job assignments and manage plant equipment assets · Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to personnel · Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies · Promote safety, quality culture, and Continuous Improvement initiatives |
· Set job expectations, ensure accountability, and achieve production targets
· Communicate and execute production priorities, and report accurate information
· Automate equipment and processes
· Complete necessary documentation and conduct performance reviews
Education:
· Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Operations Management, Technical)
· Relevant Associates Degree in Printing and Packaging considered
