A well-known company is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Indianapolis. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 6:30AM – 3:30PM, with some flexibility required for project support. The company offers competitive benefits and an 8% bonus eligibility. Vacation time accrues monthly and totals 21 days, with the 401k matching dollar for dollar up to 6% and an additional 3% company contribution. Relocation assistance is provided, and local candidates can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities –

As a member of the team, you will focus on eliminating losses, improving yield, and enhancing the safety and quality of products. Your duties will include developing and enhancing manufacturing standards, creating performance-based specifications, and providing expert troubleshooting for performance issues.

• Manage metrics for manufacturing line efficiency, yield, and Daily Management Systems.
• Serve as the plant liaison to R&D, conducting trials as needed.
• Collaborate with plant and corporate Engineering teams to implement new technologies.
• Develop and deliver training on new procedures.
• Analyze experimental results to provide process recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership on various projects.

Requirements -

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a process engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food, Biological, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• High volume automation experience is required
• Must have authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship
