A well-established company is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Toledo, Ohio. This is a 1^st shift role with typical hours from 6:30AM – 3:30PM, with some flexibility required for project support. The position offers competitive benefits and an 8% bonus eligibility. Employees accrue 21 days of vacation monthly and can use it before accruing. The company matches 401k contributions dollar for dollar up to 6% and adds an additional 3% for a total of 9% company contribution. Responsibilities –

Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, improve product quality and safety, and reduce losses and yield. Develop and refine manufacturing standards, create performance-based specifications, and offer expertise in addressing performance issues.

• Manage manufacturing line metrics such as efficiency, yield, and Daily Management Systems.
• Serve as the plant's point of contact for R&D, including overseeing trials.
• Partner with plant and corporate Engineering teams to implement new technologies.
• Develop and train on new procedures.
• Analyze trial and experiment results to provide process recommendations.
• Offer technical leadership on projects.

Requirements -

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a process engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food, Biological, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with high-volume automation
• Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship
