Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for leading and managing the in-house fabrication process and associated staff.

KEY DUTIES:

· Manage and communicate production schedule.

o Oversee welding schedule to optimize available time.

· Provide information on current and future production capacities to the organization.

· Create and implement standard operating procedures, techniques, and improvements to increase efficiency.

· Manage outsourcing relationships.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Oversee facilities maintenance.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Windows platform

· Ability to interpret and analyze bill of materials, drawings, etc., that are critical to manufacturing

· Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related activities

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal or related manufacturing industries

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a similar environment
