Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Wakefield, Nebraska

Salary: $60-70K plus bonus

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities and resources required for the manufacturing of food products, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, quality, and quantity standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Previous food manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Effective coordination and supervision of department functions
• Preferred bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Able to recognize and resolve problem situations
• Ability to work in challenging environments
• Demonstrates ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to seek direction
