Swing Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Silverton, OR
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – Swing Shift, Food Manufacturing, Silverton, Oregon Area
Spanish fluency required. On-site position.
Summary: Supervises and coordinates production activities. Responsible for overseeing training, maintaining production and inventory records, and ensuring workers understand all manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and coaching for direct reports.
- Drive process improvement initiatives through various teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve problems.
- Know and maintain HACCP program requirements.
- Train line workers on production processes as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records.
- Manage employee timesheets and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and work rules.
- Maintain accurate records and good PC skills.
Skills, Requirements and Education:
- Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
- Associate's Degree desirable, or equivalent experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Deadline-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
