Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team as Manufacturing Operators. The successful candidates will be dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for using components and parts to produce high-quality RF systems and antennas.

Essential Functions

  • Review work instructions, drawings, test procedures, and parts lists; gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for assembly work
  • Position and assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, fixtures, or test measurement equipment
  • Check parts and assemblies for correct fit and fasten them together
  • Address assembly issues and report known problems to the Quality Assurance team
  • Adhere to procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Anticipate supply needs and request additional materials from Production Planners
  • Document actions by completing production travelers and reworking travelers as required
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently uses hands to handle objects, tools, or controls and may need to climb or balance. The employee occasionally walks, reaches with hands and arms, kneels, crouches, talks, and hears.

The employee must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week. Typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, although these hours may vary based on workload and management's discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as needed.

No travel is expected for this position.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license in Colorado
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with inspection and power tools
  • Strong focus on safety compliance, quality, and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and complete training

Preferred Education and Experience

  • J-STD-001 Solder Certification
  • Knowledge of Standard Electro Static Discharge (ESD) practices
