Senior Associate Attorney - Product Liability
A prestigious law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Product Liability to be based in either Chicago or Cleveland. The successful candidate must possess outstanding academic qualifications along with excellent communication abilities. Extensive experience and a strong passion for defending products liability cases are required, particularly in relation to medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Experience in handling both complex multi-district cases and individual cases is highly desirable.
Having previous trial level clerkships would be an advantageous attribute. Additionally, candidates with a scientific background and entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation. This includes proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, deposing witnesses, handling motion practice, and appearing in court. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is essential, along with exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
