Engineering Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager based in Ashland City, Tennessee.

Primary Function
Under general supervision, manage assigned projects from start to finish to ensure on-time and within budget completion. Implement established project plans, monitor progress and performance, and address operational issues. Analyze project requirements and perform necessary calculations.


  • Facilitate or participate in team activities and provide appropriate feedback to support timely decision-making
  • Coordinate activities of outside contractors to ensure integration into the project
  • Estimate costs, resources, and time required for project completion and monitor activities
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project team to meet targets and milestones
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance of company projects/programs
  • Coordinate preparation of proposals, budgets, and specifications
  • Act as primary customer contact for project activities and conduct project reviews
  • Review project status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
  • Resolve project issues and develop resolutions
  • Liaise between project management, project team, and line management
  • Manage assigned project team
  • Manage customer relationships and subcontractors
  • Estimate and justify projects and interact with customers


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
  • Minimum 2 years of project management, engineering experience, or technical industry
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Power Point, and AutoCAD
