Responsibilities
- Facilitate or participate in team activities and provide appropriate feedback to support timely decision-making
- Coordinate activities of outside contractors to ensure integration into the project
- Estimate costs, resources, and time required for project completion and monitor activities
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status
- Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project team to meet targets and milestones
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance of company projects/programs
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, budgets, and specifications
- Act as primary customer contact for project activities and conduct project reviews
- Review project status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Resolve project issues and develop resolutions
- Liaise between project management, project team, and line management
- Manage assigned project team
- Manage customer relationships and subcontractors
- Estimate and justify projects and interact with customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of project management, engineering experience, or technical industry
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Power Point, and AutoCAD
