Project Coordinator

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to supervise projects involving Class A high-rise buildings and multi-story parking structures with a budget ranging from $10 million to $35 million. This position is based in Woodland Hills, CA and requires end-to-end management of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in large-scale commercial construction and possess expertise in scoping, contract negotiations, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the progress of high-rise and parking structure projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project specifications.
  • Supervise project scoping, contract negotiations, and resource coordination to establish a solid foundation for successful project delivery.
  • Implement and manage measures to control costs, ensuring that projects are within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout all project phases.
  • Utilize Prolog and Converge software for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication.
  • Regularly visit project sites, review schedules, and provide solutions to address potential delays or issues.

Background Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management for Class A high-rise buildings and/or multi-story parking structures.
  • Strong understanding of project scoping, contract negotiations, and cost control measures, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Prolog and Converge software is highly desirable.
