Bridge Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bridge experience is a must
• Proven experience managing heavy highway construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop civil construction projects in accordance with project requirements and engineering standards
• Effectively manage project budget to ensure profitability
• Create and update project schedules
• Ensure project designs comply with engineering principles and customer contract requirements
• Maintain adherence to company and site safety policies and protocols
• Prepare and present analytical reports to upper management
• Collaborate with field management to resolve project plan and site execution issues
• Review and approve equipment and personnel changes
• Communicate and escalate issues to upper management as necessary
• Organize and assign project staff based on project needs
• Communicate clear roles and responsibilities to the project team
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team
• Maintain ongoing financial projections of project performance
• Submit accurate and timely payment requisitions
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of contract terms and specifications
• Oversee subcontractors and supplier performance
• Perform other duties as assigned
